ΜΗΠΔΉΩΝψ Offers Virtual Leadership Training Seminars
Open to all, seminars offered every Thursday from July 16 β Aug. 20
BUFFALO, NEW YORK β July 6, 2020 β For employees and employers alike looking to strengthen their ongoing professional development, ΜΗΠΔΉΩΝψβs Workforce Development is offering a series of virtual leadership training seminars this summer.
The one-hour seminars, taught by P.R. Morris Consulting Principal Peter Morris and fellow business coach, Jack Colocousis, are offered every Thursday at 1 p.m. beginning July 16 through Aug. 20.
βWe actually had these seminars in the works pre-pandemic, but we worked with our partners to ensure the topics we covered would be the most relevant and helpful given todayβs business climate,β said Gary Smith, Ed.D., vice president, innovation and workforce development, ΜΗΠΔΉΩΝψ. βWhether you are just starting, changing careers or seeking career advancement, these seminars will help you to up your professional game.β
The initial seminar, βThe Twelve Skills of Separation in the Workplace,β will be offered for free on July 16 at 1 p.m. and focuses on the assets that a new or inexperienced employee should have to separate themselves from their competition and be recognized as a candidate to move up the ladder. A second offering of this seminar is scheduled for Aug. 6 at 10 a.m.
